Please find below more information regarding our delivery services that you may find helpful, before or after placing an order.
Our Delivery method is ‘Supplier Direct’ this means that we take and manage the orders however the items will come directly from the supplier’s storage facility and be delivered by them or one of their couriers.
We’ll always be on hand from order to completed delivery to help where needed and answer any questions you may have.
Our suppliers all deliver Nationwide with the exception of Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Please also note that some suppliers provide kerbside delivery only. Please ensure you have the necessary ability and equipment (if required) to move the items into your property. You can check which suppliers provide kerbside vs full delivery below.
As our products are delivered directly from the manufacturer our delivery charges can vary. Many suppliers choose to charge for delivery depending on quantity, value, weight, size, or delivery location. We try where possible to absorb this cost and pass the saving onto our customers.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are clearly displayed to you before placing an order.
If delivery your delivery charge feels too high then first check that you haven’t got similar items in your basket from different suppliers. You may have picked up multiple delivery charges from different suppliers. If this fails, we have made it clear how our suppliers charge for delivery so you can reduce your delivery charge. We can deliver to all of mainland UK with the exception of Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
